Grant Winning met us at the property and listened to all we had to say about the property. He acknowledged that there could be buyers with quite a few different ideas for the property such as sub-division, retaining a large tree'd block close to the village, potential improvement, etc. He also asked if he could bring his team to see the property and both garner insight from them as well as share his knowledge to build his team. I love that style of collaborative team work and sensed that he would also work collaboratively with us to achieve a good result.
